Subscription Policy

Please review the following terms before subscribing:

Minimum Commitment
To benefit from our exclusive subscription discount of 20%, customers agree to commit to a minimum of two subscription deliveries, including the initial order. This commitment ensures a continuous wellness journey with our patches at a reduced rate.

Early Cancellation Policy
For first-time subscribers, we apply a policy designed to prevent misuse of the subscription discount. If a customer wishes to cancel their subscription after only one purchase, they will be required to pay the difference between the subscription price and the one-time purchase price before the cancellation can be processed. An invoice payment link for this difference will be sent, and the cancellation request will be completed upon payment. This policy is in place solely for the first delivery to maintain fairness for all subscribers.

Frozen Period & Amendments
All subscriptions remain frozen and non-editable until after the second order has been processed. During this period, customers are unable to cancel, skip, or amend their subscription.

If you wish to make any changes to your subscription before the second order is dispatched, you must notify us at least 48 hours prior to dispatch. Please note that amendments can only include adding products — downgrades or removals are not permitted. We do not make exceptions to this rule.

Flexible Cancellation After Commitment
After the two-delivery minimum commitment, you may cancel anytime with no additional fees.

No “Signed Up by Mistake” Claims
The subscription option is clearly displayed to avoid misuse of the discounted subscription rate followed by immediate cancellations.

Our subscription option is clearly displayed at four separate stages before purchase, so we do not accept claims of accidental sign-ups.

For transparency, the subscription option is clearly indicated in the following places:

  1. On the product page (users must choose the subscription option, as the default is one-time purchase)

2. In the cart

3. At checkout

4. In the post-purchase confirmation email
